2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using Suprawr, you represent and warrant that:

• Access to blockchain analytics and tracking tools

4. Wallet Connection and Security

4.1 Wallet Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your cryptocurrency wallet and private keys

• All transactions initiated through your wallet

• Any loss of funds resulting from compromised wallet security

4.2 No Custodial Services

We do not custody, control, or manage your cryptocurrency or private keys. We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund any transactions.

5. Token Information and Risks

5.1 No Investment Advice

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. $SUPRAWR tokens are provided for utility purposes within the Suprawr ecosystem.

5.2 Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible

• The value of $SUPRAWR tokens may be highly volatile

• You may lose some or all of your investment

• Blockchain technology involves inherent risks

• Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities

• Regulatory frameworks for cryptocurrency are uncertain and evolving

5.3 No Guarantees

We make no representations or guarantees regarding:

• The future value or utility of $SUPRAWR tokens

• The performance or success of the Platform

• The availability or functionality of the Supra blockchain

• Any specific financial returns or outcomes

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms

• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or fraudulent activities

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or smart contracts

• Use the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing

• Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards or airdrop programs

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools without authorization

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform

• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation

• Impersonate any person or entity

• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

7. Smart Contract Interactions

7.1 Blockchain Transactions

All transactions on the Supra blockchain are:

• Final and irreversible once confirmed

• Publicly visible and permanently recorded

• Subject to network fees (gas costs)

• Dependent on blockchain network performance

7.2 Smart Contract Risks

You acknowledge that:

• Smart contracts operate autonomously and cannot be modified after deployment

• We are not responsible for bugs, vulnerabilities, or exploits in smart contracts

• You should review and understand smart contract code before interacting

• Third-party audits do not guarantee security or absence of vulnerabilities

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, images, and artwork

• Software, code, and algorithms

• The "Suprawr" name, branding, and trademarks

are owned by Suprawr and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

8.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our intellectual property

• Use our trademarks or branding without written permission

• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit content to the Platform (such as in community forums or social media):

• You retain ownership of your content

• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content

• You represent that you have the right to submit such content

• You agree not to submit illegal, offensive, or infringing content

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:

• Cryptocurrency wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.)

• Blockchain networks and infrastructure

• Analytics and tracking services

• Social media platforms

We are not responsible for third-party services, their terms, or their actions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

11.2 No Warranty

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

• Defects will be corrected

• The Platform is free from viruses or harmful components

• Results from using the Platform will meet your expectations

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

12.1 No Liability

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES

• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE

• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION

• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK FAILURES

• LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY OR TOKENS

12.2 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12.3 Basis of Bargain

These limitations are fundamental elements of the agreement between you and us. The Platform would not be provided without these limitations.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Suprawr, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any rights of third parties

• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

14. Modifications to Service and Terms

14.1 Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time

• Change fees, features, or functionality

• Implement new restrictions or requirements

• Blockchain network failures or congestion

• Government actions or regulations

• Natural disasters

• Cyberattacks or technical failures

17.6 Survival

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
